This site is operated by MD Digital Productions Ltd ("Quanntica", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13409273), registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. Quanntica is a trading name of MD Digital Productions Ltd.

2. What this policy covers
How we collect and use your personal data when you visit this website, book an AI Systems Review, or send us an enquiry. It does not cover any separate agreement we enter into with you as a client, which has its own terms.
3. The personal data we collect
When you send an enquiry through our form: your name, work email, company, role (if you give it), sector (if you select one), and the message you write.
When you book an AI Systems Review: your name, email, company, and the answers you give to the booking questions. The booking is handled by Cal.com on our behalf.
When you use the site: basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through our hosting and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use this to identify you personally.
We do not knowingly collect special category data. Please don't include confidential client information or sensitive personal data in an enquiry message.
4. How we use your data, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry or booking, and to provide the review you requested. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to someone who has contacted us), and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract.
- To run and improve the website. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (keeping the site working and secure).
- To send you occasional relevant updates, only if you ask for them. Lawful basis: consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf, under contract:
- Cal.com for booking management.
- [Email or form provider, e.g. Resend / Formspree] to receive and deliver enquiry submissions.
- [Hosting provider, e.g. Vercel] to host the website.
- [Analytics provider, e.g. Plausible / Fathom], if enabled, for privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
We share data with these providers only as needed to deliver the service, and we require them to protect it. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision, so your data keeps a similar level of protection. 7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards (normally up to [24] months), unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as our working relationship and legal obligations require. We then delete or anonymise it.
8. Cookies
This site uses essential cookiesneeded to make it work. If analytics are enabled, we also use a cookieless provider that does not track you across sites. If we add any non-essential cookies, we will show a consent banner with "Accept all" and "Reject all" given equal prominence, and list those cookies here.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict or object to how we use it; data portability; and, where we rely on consent, to withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@quanntica.com. We will respond within one month.
10. Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first at hello@quanntica.comso we can put it right. We keep a record of complaints and how we resolve them. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and secure, reputable providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and keep our measures under review.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top.
